After being diagnosed with diabetes I had lost trust in traditional doctor offices and clinics I had been to. Frank was transparent and honest and now I’m on a plan that I understand and is working. Convenient and trustworthy. Admittedly I was skeptical at first because the model is unfamiliar but I am never going back after this experience. Finally medicine simpler and better. All this and I’m actually saving money by adding direct primary care on top of my family’s insurance. Having everyone covered under our roof was a no brainer.

Today was my first primary care appointment to establish care. From my first encounter with the receptionist, to seeing the doctor, was a great experience!! The nurse was very kind and welcoming. Dr.,Rosenberg was personal, honest and thorough. I’m really glad I found this place!

This is what healthcare should be

I brought my daughter in after her finger was slammed in a door at school. The office fit her in right away, despite being a new patient. The assessment was gentle, but thorough. They recommended that she get an xray of her finger and spent time helping us find the most affordable place to get it done. On top of everything, he even called with the xray results before we made it home.

Frank is awesome! He takes the time to listen and is truly concerned with your care. I won’t go to anyone else. Tempe Primary Care is number one in my book!

I would recommend this place to anyone! Everyone was very kind and welcoming, the office is clean and nice, and Frank Rosenberg is an excellent provider. He has significant experience and really loves his job. He spent ample time with me exploring my health history and getting to know me. He also thoroughly educated me on all the services that he can provide at his practice and encouraged me towards making real lifestyle changes to improve my health.. For a new office, they really have things together and aim to do whats right for the patient! I'm in healthcare myself and have been looking for a place where the bedside manners are genuine. Its a recommendation for me!
